01 Introduction & Definitions

8kbeet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 8kbeet and its users.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on 8kbeet. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. We may request ID verification at any time. Accounts created with false information will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

One Account Policy

Each user may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as fraud.

• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Date of Birth
• Valid email address (optional but recommended)

Registering with incorrect or false information is a direct violation of these terms and conditions. 8kbeet may request identity verification at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

03 Account Management

The security of your 8kbeet account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.

Account Security

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled at all times.
• If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out of your session when done.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, please immediately support@8kbeet.betPlease email us. The account may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

Account Inactivity

Any account that has been inactive for 12 months or more will be marked as a "dormant account." A monthly maintenance fee may apply to dormant accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

8kbeet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Every transaction is secured with SSL encryption.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 8kbeet reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (WR), typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of issuance; any unused bonus will expire and be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only one bonus will apply to any single bet.
• Bonus Abuse: Any user found attempting to abuse bonuses will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify, and a bonus code must be entered if applicable. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x.

Referral Bonus

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 8kbeet. These rules are in place to protect users and ensure fair play.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical error.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. The maximum bet amount varies depending on the game and market.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds at the time of bet confirmation apply.
• If your internet connection is lost, any active bets will be settled based on the odds saved on our servers at the time.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

10 Account Closure & Suspension
